The Conchiglione D'Aniello is a small masterpiece of goodness. In fact, the Pasta di Gragnano IGP of this traditional pasta factory is produced with a selection of high quality durum wheat grown in Campania: the semolina obtained is then kneaded exclusively with water from the local aquifer. The pasta, after the various stages of processing, is dried at low temperature and then packaged within 24 hours to preserve the exceptional organoleptic qualities. Conchiglione di Gragnano IGP Pastificio D'Aniello is perfect stuffed in a thousand ways and baked gratinated: try it with ham, mushrooms, ricotta and vegetables and with a meat sauce or seafood.
